KENWA and KAWAC work with grassroots low income farmers practical and transformative opportunity to connect livelihood development, women and youth empowerment, agricultural resilience, and medium-durability carbon sequestration. By combining safe biochar production, sound lifecycle analysis, sustainable feedstock use, and strong community ownership, the initiative can create both lasting environmental value and immediate economic benefit for low-income farming households.
